    Realtor In January of 2004, Kim Ponce obtained her Texas Real Estate license and never looked back. Her big personality, determined spirit and strong work ethic enabled her to thrive in the field. A bilingual (English & Spanish) Realtor, Kim primarily specializes in the East, North East and South East side of Houston but she will, and has, worked all throughout the Greater Houston area.
