    Belinda Cortez

    As the Marketing Coordinator for Refuge Group Properties, I play a behind-the-scenes yet essential role in supporting our seven-agent team as we deliver award-winning real estate service across Houston and beyond. I manage all areas of marketing — including social media strategy, graphic design, event planning, and community engagement — ensuring that our clients, listings, and brand consistently stand out.

    Working alongside our Broker, Ana Salazar, and our agents Jesus Covarrubias, Graciela Garza, Eddie Garcia, Deisy Garza, Carson Maxwell, and Kim Ponce, I help drive visibility, strengthen client connections, and support overall growth. Together, our team has earned recognition such as Best Team 2023 by Houston Agent Magazine, Top Producing Team in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and Producing Brokerage Branch Services in 2025.

    My responsibilities include coordinating broker opens, open houses, and client appreciation events; managing social media campaigns, reels, and video content; creating graphics, mailers, and marketing materials; supporting agents with branding and client touchpoints; and delivering home anniversary gifts and thoughtful touches that help build lasting relationships.

    I am passionate about marketing that not only elevates brand awareness but also strengthens trust and connection between our team and the families we serve.
